Rochereil is a cave of the Upper Palaeolithic in the commune of Grand-Brassac in the Dordogne department in northeastern France. In addition to about 4000 stone artifacts and bone finds, it contained the burial site of a male adult, the trepanned skull of a two-year-old child, and the calcined bone remains of two adolescents. The finds can be assigned chronologically to the standard sequence of the archaeological cultures Upper Magdalenian, Azilian (Lower and Upper Azilian), and Laboratories.
