The Grotte du Pigeonnier is an ornate cave of the Upper Paleolithic, located in the hamlet of Saint-Front, in Domme, Dordogne.
Blades discovered in 1938 in the south gallery have made it possible to date the occupation of the Gravettian cave.
The engraved figurations were discovered on January 28, 1978, by members of the Périgueux caving club.
It is a cave-corridor mainly decorated on the south wall, which has an engraved and carved frieze representing two large herbivores. On the north wall was engraved a headless animal.
