Ca' Belvedere is an archaeological site in the Province of Forlì-Cesena discovered in 1983 and located in the foothills in the direction of Castrocaro. The archaeological site is of international importance because it constitutes a deposit of finds dating back to 800-900,000 years ago, providing one of the oldest attestations of human presence in Europe. It was discovered following specific research programs on local Paleolithic industries. The excavations, begun in 1983, ended in 1986.
